Delete Sub-Category

A sub-category is a group of items, put together to help customer understand and zoom into a specific type of food items. You will need to create a category, then create a sub-category within the category to assign and item to these for the items to be visible to the customer for ordering. 

If you are using the Menu Editor to edit your menu, follow these steps:

1. Login to eCMS
   
   
2. Go to the 'Menu' Tab
   
3. For sub-category which you wish to delete, click on the 3 dots below the sub-category name and select 'Delete'
   
   
4. You will see this warning sign
   
   NOTE: Once deleted, the sub-category cannot be retrieved and needs to be created again. 
   
5. Click 'Delete' if you still wish to proceed to delete the sub-category. Else click on 'Cancel' to go back to the previous screen.

If you are not using the Menu Editor to create a category, follow these steps:

1. On selected Category, select sub-category you want to update
2. On selected sub-category, click Delete button
   
   
3. Dialog form to confirm delete will be displayed
   
   
4. Click Yes button to confirm delete or No button to cancel delete
