Missing order in Printer Console

  1. Verify if the order is available in Merchant Console (MC)
  2. If order is available in MC, try to Reset the app and re-enter the Merchant Key
  3. If the order is still missing after reset, please perform the following:
    • Check if you have the latest version of TabSquare Console app installed
    • Check the settings
      • eCMS Merchant: Toggle ON on eCMS Merchant 

      • SmartConnect Merchant: Toggle ON on both ECMS Merchant and SmartConnect Merchant 

      • CMS Merchant: Toggle OFF on both ECMS Merchant and SmartConnect Merchant
    • Restart the app

  4. If issue still persist, please contact TabSquare Support along with PC Device ID and App version for further investigation 
    • Both Device ID and App version can be found in Settings:
