- Verify if the order is available in Merchant Console (MC)
- If order is available in MC, try to Reset the app and re-enter the Merchant Key
- If the order is still missing after reset, please perform the following:
- Check if you have the latest version of TabSquare Console app installed
- Check the settings
- eCMS Merchant: Toggle ON on eCMS Merchant
- SmartConnect Merchant: Toggle ON on both ECMS Merchant and SmartConnect Merchant
- CMS Merchant: Toggle OFF on both ECMS Merchant and SmartConnect Merchant
- eCMS Merchant: Toggle ON on eCMS Merchant
- Restart the app
- If issue still persist, please contact TabSquare Support along with PC Device ID and App version for further investigation
- Both Device ID and App version can be found in Settings:
