The feature of "QR Order" menu in Printer Console is similar to its function in Merchant Console, which is to manage dynamic QR code for a store, from adding, viewing, printing and deleting QR code.
Limitation: This feature is for dynamic QR code type only
Default Setting: Off
Pre-setup: Add Section & Table. Please refer KB article: How to add Section & Table for SmartWeb ordering?
Pre-condition: Enable QR Order menu
- On the PDA Device, open TabSquare Console/Printer Console App
- Go to Settings > Settings > Console Feature
- Toggle ON Dynamic QR code order
Add and Print QR Code
- Click the Add New QR button
- Select the Order Type (Dine In or Take Away) > Select the pax > Enter table number > Confirm
- The QR for the table will be created
- To print the QR code, click on the Print QR button
View QR Code
- Click on the QR Code icon to view the QR
- The view page will show the timer of when the QR will expire
Delete QR Code
- Click on the trash icon to delete the QR
- The confirmation will pop up, click on Delete QR
