Postpay Standalone 1.0

We offer multiple QR Code Ordering solutions, primarily focusing on order and payment. However, there's a significant market segment known as fine dining, where diners place multiple orders and settle the payment when leaving the restaurant. We aim to address this segment with our standalone solution, providing fine dining features to standalone merchants.

Merchant Self Troubleshooting:

  • Merchants can now troubleshoot when no new orders are received on the 'Live Order' page. They can confirm 'restart order fetching' to resolve issues.

  • If the issue persists, merchants can follow standard troubleshooting steps: log out, restart the device, and log in again.

Miscellaneous:

  • The report option has been moved to the setting page for better usability.

  • The Kitchen Display setup has been simplified by removing customer receipt options.

  • Customer receipts will print before kitchen receipts.

  • Delivery/pick-up times will be printed for advanced orders.

    • Take Away Later

    • Delivery Later

    • Curbside (Advanced Order)

  • Increased header space for receipt printing, accommodating extra space in receipt headers.

To note for Postpay Standalone Version 1.0:

  • The system cannot distinguish between paid and unpaid items in multiple orders.

  • QRs generated from the merchant console are not fully supported in PC postpay flow.

  • Payment in Postpay Standalone won't affect orders in PC orders page.

  • Void/refund orders do not reflect in the QR order screen.

  • To generate a QR code for a table, QR printing setup must be done.

  • To close a table, remaining payments must be marked as done.
