Curbside Ordering is a pickup service under Take Away order type, that allows customers to purchase products in advance and picks them up without having to go into the store.
Explanation: The above image shows the front end view of curbside pickup feature, customers need to fill in the information so that the order can be completed smoothly. The information required are as follows
- Contact Number
- Vehicle Number
- Vehicle Brand
- Vehicle Color
- Notes (optional)
Below image shows the Live Order view in Merchant Console:
Condition: This feature is available for Standalone and POS integrated merchants
Limitation:
- Available for eCMS merchants only
- Not available for CASHAC payment method
Default Setting: Disabled
