- Sign in to Razer Merchant Services' Merchant Portal
- Click on Transactions tab
- Click on Main Accounts
- Click on the transaction number link
- Click Request Cancel
Note: Applicable for transactions within 3 days ONLY - Click on Proceed
- Click on OK after the cancel request is successful
- The status will be shown as ReqCancel
- The status will be updated to Cancelled once Razer team proceed to refund with the respective bank
