How Refund Works?

Our refunds can be processed in 2 ways:

1. If the transaction was canceled automatically and refunded.


    For canceled payments made initially by card (debit/credit) or E-Wallet, the transaction will be refunded to your original payment method.

The refund to your card will be reflected on your bank statement in 5-10 working days from the time of cancellation.



2. Manual refund request.


Are there concerns about your payment being overcharged or double-charged? Feel free to contact our friendly staff during the dine-in. staff will initiate the request for a refund process. The refund to your card will be reflected on your bank statement in 5-10 working days from the time of cancellation.


Note:
 Working days is excluding of weekends and public holidays.
