Explanation: Orders made through SmartWeb (Dine In, Take Away and Delivery) can be void/cancel from Merchant Console
Condition:
- Orders with CASHAC (pay at counter) payment only
- For other payment method please proceed with refund process. Refer KB article:
To void/cancel an order please follow the below steps:
- Login to Merchant Console with outlet/store credential
- Go to Order Management > Live Orders
- Look for the Order ID as provided by merchant
- Click on Void button. If the void button is not available please contact TabSquare Support to enable it
- Enter Staff PIN Number and click Yes.
Note: If the merchant does not have a PIN already created please contact TabSquare Support
