Issue: A customer receive the below error upon ordering via QR Code
Error Message: "There was an issue while sending this order to the kitchen. Please contact our friendly staff for assistance or contact us at 0109481886"
Solution:
This is an expected flow. Whenever SmartWeb (SW) cannot fetch the updated status of the order, whether it has been successfully delivered to the kitchen or not, the above message will be shown.
This means that the order might be a successful and sent to the kitchen but SW cannot confirm the status, Therefore, the merchant can check on the Merchant Console (MC)/Printer Console (PC) and inform the customer.
Please contact TabSquare Support at help@tabsquare.com if the order is not available in MC/PC
