This issue most likely happen due to the settings on both CMS/eCMS and Merchant Console. Please refer to the following steps to make sure that setting is correct:
- Login to Merchant Console with outlet/store credential
- Click on Settings > Order Setting
- Toggle ON for the order type (Dine in/Take Away/Delivery Now).
- Click SAVE
- Go to CMS (skip to step 8 for eCMS merchant) and login with affected merchant login details.
- On the left side menu click on SmartWeb > SmartWeb Setting
- Turn ON the Enable Login Screen and scroll down to click on Submit button
- If merchant is using eCMS, login to eCMS with outlet/store credential
- Setting > SmartWeb Settings
- Tick on Is Active box for QR Code Enabled
- Click SAVE
