Missing login page or restaurant showing closed

This issue most likely happen due to the settings on both CMS/eCMS and Merchant Console. Please refer to the following steps to make sure that setting is correct:

 

  1. Login to Merchant Console with outlet/store credential
  2. Click on Settings > Order Setting


     
  3. Toggle ON for the order type (Dine in/Take Away/Delivery Now).

  4. Click SAVE
  5. Go to CMS (skip to step 8 for eCMS merchant) and login with affected merchant login details.
  6. On the left side menu click on SmartWeb > SmartWeb Setting
  7. Turn ON the Enable Login Screen and scroll down to click on Submit button

  8. If merchant is using eCMS, login to eCMS with outlet/store credential
  9. Setting > SmartWeb Settings

  10. Tick on Is Active box for QR Code Enabled

  11. Click SAVE
