How to stock in/stock out via Printer Console?

Stock in/stock out functionality in Printer Console (PC) is available to ONLY eCMS Products (SmartWeb, SmartConnect, SmartKiosk and SmartTab)


  1. Make sure that eCMS Merchant is enabled in PC app. To enable, go to Settings
  2. Scroll down to eCMS Settings and toggle ON on eCMS Merchant
  3. Click SAVE AND EXIT button

  4. Once eCMS Merchant is enabled, Menu option will be visible
  5. Click on Menu
  6. Menu is separated in to 2 tabs; Available and Unavailable
  7. To stock in, select Unavailable > expand on the Category > toggle ON on the item

  8. To stock out, select Available > expand on the Category > toggle OFF on the item

  9. Alternatively, use the search bar on the top of the app to search for items
