[Pizza Hut] How to stock in/stock out an item in ECMS?

Item Level

1. Login to ECMS with outlet/store credential
2. Go to Menu > Items
   
   
3. Search for the keyword of the item you want to stock in/out in the search bar
   
   
4. All the items with related keyword will be displayed
5. On the item’s "Stock & Status" column, click on Stock In or Stock Out button to change the status
   • Stock Out: Upon clicking on the Stock In button, 3 timeframe options will be visible when changing the status to Stock Out
     • Today - will be auto Stock In the next day
     • Until Restocked - will remain Stock Out until you manually change to Stock In 
     • Custom - can be customized by Snooze (hour) or Date option
       
       
   • Stock In: Click on "Stock Out" button to change the status to Stock In 

SKU Level

It is advisable to check and change the stock in/stock out status at SKU level because sometime the changes made from the item level does not reflect at the customer front end if the status clashes with status in SKU level. To stock in/stock out at the SKU level:

1. Click on the blue Edit Item icon
   
   
2. Click on SKUs tab
   
   
3. Check all the SKU listed and tick on "In Stock" or "Stock Out" field to change the status accordingly
   
   
4. Click on Save button to save the changes made

Combo Item

If an item is a part of a mandatory customization (in a combo item), then whenever the item is set to Stock Out, the combo item should follow the same status, providing that the item is the only option in the combo selection. See below image as an example:

1. To check if an item is a part of a mandatory custo, we need to click on the item name. Let's take "Cream of Mushroom Soup" as an example:
   
   
2. In "SKU QUICK VIEW" window you will be able to see the Customization group(s) that this item is a part of 
   
   
3. In the Advance Search, filter the customization name in the Customisations field and click on SEARCH button 
   
   
4. All the combo item that has item "Cream of Mushroom Soup" as a part of the customization will be listed as shown below
   
   
5. Verify if each combo has the item "Cream of Mushroom Soup" as its mandatory custo and change the status of the combo item(s) listed accordingly
   
   Example:
   Not a mandatory custo because this combo has 2 selections for Sides. 
   This is a mandatory custo as it only has 1 selection for Soup. So, if item "Cream of Mushroom Soup" is stock out then the below combo item need to be stock out as well.
