How to set operational business hours by outlets

Explanation: This article is useful for when a chain/brand wants to set some of their outlet(s) operational hours different from their outlets in other locations due to varies reasons.

1. Login to eCMS with chain/brand credential
2. Tier > Setting Tier
   
   
3. Click On Add+ button
   
   
   
4. Give a name to the setting and click on Add button
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Setting icon
   
   
   
6. Click on Order Type tab
   
   
   
7.  Tick on the order types required (Dine In, Take Away and Delivery Noe) and click on SAVE button
   
   
   
8. Go to Weekly Timing and toggle ON the Days based on the business requirement
   
   
   
9. To change the time, double click on the hours
   
   
   
   
10. Change the time by dragging the toggle and click on Save button
    
    
    
11. Once the weekly timing is set, go to Tier > Store Tier
    
    
    
    
12. In Store Tier you will be able to see all individual outlets for the brand
    
    
    
13. Click on the Edit icon for the outlet that you want to change the timing
    
    
    
14. Replace the Setting Tier with the one created in step 4
    
    
     
15. Click on Save button
16. Repeat the step 13 onwards for other outlets
