How to update the SmartWeb header disclaimer?

The highlighted in below screenshot shows text on the SmartWeb main page that can be used for general info or disclaimer. 

To enable or make changes to this text, please follow the below steps:

1. Login to ECMS brand level
2. Go to Tier > Settings Tier
3. Click on outlet's Setting Tier gear icon
   Note: Check in "Store Tier" to confirm which Setting Tier that the outlet uses
   
   
4. On Other Setting, scroll down to "Menu Page General Text"
   
   
5. Make the necessary changes
   
   
6. Scroll down and click SAVE to save the changes
