Overview
The Wait Time Notification feature is a new addition to SmartWeb designed to inform your customers about the expected wait time before they can begin the ordering journey. This feature will display a banner or a GIF on the homepage of SmartWeb and can be easily configured through the eCMS (content management system). Restaurant staff can manually set the displaying time of the banner at the store level using eCMS.
Feature details
- Order Type Wait Time Support - The Wait Time Notification feature supports both Dine-In and Takeaway orders.
- Notification Banner: A prominent banner will be displayed on the homepage of SmartWeb, providing customers with information about the expected wait time.
