What is a Static QR Code?

Static QR codes are QR codes that do not expire over time. Once created, these codes remain active until they are manually deleted. Customers can scan these codes to order food. Previously, this feature was only supported on MC (Mobile Client), but now it is also supported on PC (Personal Computer). Merchants have the option to delete the static QR codes for tables if necessary.

Setting Up Static QR Codes in ECMS

To enable the creation of static QR codes in the ECMS (Enterprise Content Management System), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Store Edit:

    • Log in to the ECMS.
    • Go to the store edit section.
    • Enable the setting for static QR codes.

How to Print Static QR Codes on PC

Follow these steps to print a static QR code for a table using a PC:

    • Access the "QR Order" section in the system.
    • Select any vacant table.
  2. Confirm and Print QR:

    • Click on the “Confirm & Print QR” button.
    • The static QR code for the selected table will be printed.
  3. Table Allotment:

    • After printing, the table will be shown as allotted.

Deleting Static QR Codes

If a merchant wants to delete a static QR code for a table, they can do so through the ECMS by navigating to the respective table and removing the code.
