How to Use Order Filter in Live Order Section

Overview 

Previously, the order filter feature was not available in the Live Order section on PC. This feature was only accessible via Merchant Console. However, from version 9.1.0 onwards, users can now filter orders in the Live Order section on PC as well. This feature allows users to filter orders by their status (e.g., completed, cancelled, refunded) and by payment method, providing a way to display only specific orders as needed.

Steps to Filter Orders in Live Order Section

Step 1: Access the Live Order Screen

  • Click on the filter icon in the Live Order screen.


Step 2: Select the Desired Filter

  • Click on the filter option you require to view specific orders, such as only delivered or completed orders.

Step 3: View Filtered Orders

  • The screen will now display only the orders that match the selected filter criteria, such as delivered or completed orders.


By following these steps, you can easily manage and view specific types of orders in the Live Order section on your PC. This feature enhances the efficiency of order management by allowing you to focus on the orders that are most relevant to your current needs.
