Retrieving Customer Data

This article explains how to retrieve customer data using three TabSquare solutions:

  • Analytics Dashboard
  • Merchant Console
  • Printer Console


Analytics Dashboard


1. Login into Analytics Dashboard


2. Ensure to login into the outlet level. 

3. Filter to the required date.


4. Click on CRM > Customer Segmentation > Customer Analysis > Downloads


5. Data will be available on the downloaded report. 


IMPORTANT: Due to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Consent - not all customers consented to share their contact details for marketing purposes.



Merchant Console


  1. Login into Merchant Console

  2. Search for the required Order ID or Queue ID. In this case, use 758991834 or 0002.

  3. Click the "i" icon to view customer details, if provided.

  4. If not, it will display "0000000000" as shown below:

Printer Console


  1. Login into Printer Console

  2. Search for the required Order ID or Queue ID. In this case, use 758991834 or 0002.

  3. Click on it to navigate to the next page, where the customer's phone number or email will be displayed.
