This article explains how to retrieve customer data using three TabSquare solutions:
- Analytics Dashboard
- Merchant Console
- Printer Console
Analytics Dashboard
1. Login into Analytics Dashboard
2. Ensure to login into the outlet level.
3. Filter to the required date.
4. Click on CRM > Customer Segmentation > Customer Analysis > Downloads
5. Data will be available on the downloaded report.
IMPORTANT: Due to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Consent - not all customers consented to share their contact details for marketing purposes.
Merchant Console
- Login into Merchant Console
- Search for the required Order ID or Queue ID. In this case, use 758991834 or 0002.
- Click the "i" icon to view customer details, if provided.
- If not, it will display "0000000000" as shown below:
Printer Console
- Login into Printer Console
- Search for the required Order ID or Queue ID. In this case, use 758991834 or 0002.
- Click on it to navigate to the next page, where the customer's phone number or email will be displayed.
