How to generate QR code for SmartWeb ordering?

There are two types of QR Code: 

1. Static QR Code - Static QR is a QR Code that does not have limited time. The QR code will always be active until a user sets it to disable.  
2. Dynamic QR Code - Dynamic QR code is a QR Code which has limited time, the QR code will be automatically expired on specific time and cannot be used until users create new code to re-activate.  

How to generate QR code

QR code can be generated from Merchant Console:

PREREQUISITE: Section and Table must be created in eCMS before QR code can be successfully generated. Refer KB article: How to create new Section & Table?

1. Login to Merchant Console with outlet credential
2. Click on SETTINGS > QR Code 
   Note: To enable QR Code dashboard please refer KB article: How to enable/disable QR Code dashboard?

   
   
   

3. Click on the Add QR Code+ button
   
   
4. "ADD QR CODE" window will appear. Click on Generate Multiple QR Code
   1. Click on Generate Multiple QR Code to create bulk QR for all the tables
   2. Key in Number of Pax and Table Number to create a single QR for a specific table
      
      
5. A new QR code will be generated for the table no.  
6. Click on the thumbnail image to maximize the QR code. 
   
   
7. Click on the Download icon to download QR Code
   
   
8. QR code is ready for use
