- Check if paper roll is insert correctly
- Please make sure that you have the latest version of TabSquare Console app installed
- If you are using internal printer in the Printer Console, please make sure that printer selected is GC Printer.
- Settings > Printer Settings > Kitchen Printer > GC Printer
- Settings > Printer Settings > Kitchen Printer > GC Printer
- If you are using External Printer please select the printer model listed. Other models that is not listed are not supported.
- Settings > Printer Settings > Kitchen Printer > select printer model
- Settings > Printer Settings > Kitchen Printer > select printer model
