Printer Console not printing receipt

  1. Check if paper roll is insert correctly
  2. Please make sure that you have the latest version of TabSquare Console app installed
  3. If you are using internal printer in the Printer Console, please make sure that printer selected is GC Printer. 
    • Settings > Printer Settings > Kitchen Printer > GC Printer


  4. If you are using External Printer please select the printer model listed. Other models that is not listed are not supported. 
    • Settings > Printer Settings > Kitchen Printer > select printer model
