Accessing Audit Logs

Modified on Tue, 14 May at 10:03 AM

Introduction

Audit logs are introduced in ECMS to expose the logs of changes/actions which have been performed in the ECMS and by who. As per the role-based access granted to the user, they will be able to view the logs of changes/actions which have been performed at that level.

Brand-level logs

Brand-level logs can be helpful for merchants to monitor actions performed by their store-level staff and backtrack to check for past actions.

Store-level logs

Store-level logs can also be helpful for merchants to ensure that the ground-level staff are performing the correct changes/actions and backtrack to check for past actions.

Note: Store-level logs can be accessed by the admin and the brand. However, there are no logs on store level since ground-level staff do not have permission to view logs.

Accessing the logs

To access the audit logs, click on ‘Audit History’ tab in the left navigation bar. The default view will display the actions performed by the admin user group.

Finding specific logs

To access action logs for a specific brand/store/user group/user, select the appropriate filter and enter the desired date range.

You may also filter the logs as per the specific action which you are looking for:

Summary of action log
