If there’s a problem on the EDC’s machine, usually the problem is related to internet connection.
- Check GPRS signal
- Make sure you can ping the EDC’s machine from the server
- Reset EDC by turning it off and back on
- Check sim card, sometimes the problem is coming from a broken sim card. Please contact the provider if it happens.
- If the problem is coming from a broken keyboard, please contact the provider.
