EDC Machine’s Problem

If there’s a problem on the EDC’s machine, usually the problem is related to internet connection.

1. Check GPRS signal
2. Make sure you can ping the EDC’s machine from the server
3. Reset EDC by turning it off and back on
4. Check sim card, sometimes the problem is coming from a broken sim card. Please contact the provider if it happens.
5. If the problem is coming from a broken keyboard, please contact the provider.
