Printer keeps on printing QR Code

Issue: Printer keeps on printing QR code non stop

Solution:

1. Open File Explorer and go to path C:\log\printer\QRCODE
   
   
2. Ensure that this folder is empty. If there is any file, delete ALL file
3. Go to Services and look for TS-PrinterServices 
4. Right click on TS-PrinterServices and select Restart
   
   
5. Open Printer & scanners
   
   
6. Select TM30 and click Open queue
   
   
7. The queue should be empty. If there is any document, click on Printer and select Cancel All Document
   
   
8. Once done, do a test print to check if the issue is fixed
