What should I do if there is a problem with my order or payments?

There could be different reasons why you facing issues while placing orders or completing payments, Don’t hesitate to contact our friendly staff directly in case you see any error.

  • Due to Store POS internet connectivity, your order may not be accepted on the POS, in this case, you can try again. 
  • Due to someone on the POS taking action on your order, like adding an item, To avoid simultaneous updates, your table may be marked as hold, hence you might face errors.
