How to Enable PWD discount on SmartQR?

This guide explains how to enable PWD (Persons with Disabilities) vouchers for Promotion Discounts. Please note that this feature is currently only applicable in the Philippines.

Configuring PWD Vouchers:

Prerequisite: Before you begin, ensure that you have contacted the TabSquare Administrator to create or modify your Merchant and Brand settings for the Philippines.

1. Admin - Switch to Philippines: Make sure you are logged in as an Admin.

2. Access Brand Settings: On the navigation pane, select "Organisation" (1) > "Brand" (2).

3. Brand Pages: The Brand Pages will be displayed.

4. Add or Edit Brand: You have two options here:

• To add a new brand for the Philippines, click the "Add Brand" button (3).

• To modify an existing brand, click the "Edit" action button (4) of the desired brand.

5. Brand Configuration Form: The "Add or Edit Brand" form will be displayed.

6. Update Country: In the "Country" field, change the country to 'Philippines'.

7. Save Settings: Click "Save" to apply the new country setting.

8. PWD Feature Activation: The PWD feature will now be visible on the Brand page.

PWD Voucher Configuration:

PWD Terms & Conditions:

• PWD can only be activated for 1 individual under 1 brand.

• PWD is applicable across all stores under the specific brand.

• PWD vouchers are automatically applicable through TabSquare's voucher system.

1. Log in as Brand Account: Make sure you are logged in using the Brand Account.

2. Access Promotion Discount: On the navigation pane, select "Menu" (1) > "Promotion Discount" (2).

3. Promotion Discount Pages: The Promotion Discount pages will be displayed.

4. Add Promotion Discount: Click the "Add Promotion Discount" button (3). Ensure that you do not have any active PWD vouchers in the voucher list.

5. Promotion Discount Form: The "Add Promotion Discount" form will appear.

6. Activate PWD Voucher: Slide the radio button under "PWD Voucher" (4) to activate it.

7. Set Status: Click on the "Active" option button (5) to set the status to active.

8. Voucher Details:

• Enter the voucher's name in the "Voucher Name" field (6).

• Enter the voucher code in the "Voucher Code" field (7).

• Choose the applicable voucher option under "Discount applies to" (8).

• Specify the maximum discount limit under "Maximum Discount applicable up to" (9).

9. Date Period: Select the voucher's time period by checking the appropriate date period checkboxes (10). By default, the period is 7 days, with a maximum of 30 days at any given time.

10. Save Voucher: Click "Save" to finalize and save the voucher configuration.
