Manual Configuration
IMPORTANT:
- Once you have made the changes to set the PH surcharge, please remember to TURN OFF the PH surcharge in ECMS the next day
- In Australia, Surcharge is always a percentage. So, make sure Percentage is selected. Not the Value.
- Different customers may want different charge names. So, change accordingly. If the customer did not specify, configure it as “PH Surcharge“
- Some customers have an existing card charge in the settings tier. Example - Lonestar charges customers 2% every day. In PH, they charge 15% additionally. So, you need to configure it as 17%.
- Australia Public Holidays please refer here
- Login to eCMS with chain/brand credential

- Click on Setting Setting List for the affected Setting Tier (outlet location)
- Click on Order Type tab
- Select the Order Type (Dine In, Take Away or Delivery Now)

Note: For example if the surcharge required is 10%, select 'Percentage' and key in '10' value - If requested to apply the surcharge for both Dine In and Takeaway, please set the surcharge for both (if applicable to the outlet)
