Merchant Guide - [PDPA] How to Retrieving Customer Details

You can retrieve customer data using two different TabSquare solutions: Merchant Console and Printer Console. Each method offers a distinct way to access the information you need.


1. Merchant Console

The Merchant Console allows you to quickly view customer details associated with specific orders.

  1. Log In to Access the Merchant Console.

  2. Search for the desired Order ID or Queue ID (e.g., 758991834 or 0002).

  3. Click the "i" icon to view customer details if they were provided. If no details were provided, it will display "0000000000".

2. Printer Console

The Printer Console provides a direct way to access customer contact information linked to an order.

  1. Log In to access the Printer Console.
  2. Search for the required Order ID or Queue ID (e.g., 758991834 or 0002).
  3. Click on the order to navigate to the next page, where the customer's phone number or email will be displayed.
