You can retrieve customer data using two different TabSquare solutions: Merchant Console and Printer Console. Each method offers a distinct way to access the information you need.
1. Merchant Console
The Merchant Console allows you to quickly view customer details associated with specific orders.
- Log In to Access the Merchant Console.
- Search for the desired Order ID or Queue ID (e.g., 758991834 or 0002).
- Click the "i" icon to view customer details if they were provided. If no details were provided, it will display "0000000000".
2. Printer Console
The Printer Console provides a direct way to access customer contact information linked to an order.
- Log In to access the Printer Console.
- Search for the required Order ID or Queue ID (e.g., 758991834 or 0002).
- Click on the order to navigate to the next page, where the customer's phone number or email will be displayed.
