Failed order with error message “Invalid StatusFlag”

The above error message could happen due to one of the following: 

  1. Table is incorrectly setup in CMS/eCMS. Refer to this article to setup table: How to create new Section & Table?
  2. Network connection issue - Check with your local IT for network issues


If there is no issue with the table setup and network connection, proceed to delete and regenerate new QR code in Merchant Console. Refer to this article: How to generate QR code?
