How to set order holding timing for advance order?

  1. Login to eCMS with chain/brand credential 
  2. Tier > Setting Tier

  3. Setting Tier will be displayed
  4. On the selected Setting Tier go to Action column and click on the “Setting Setting List” icon

  5. Make sure the "Advanced ordering POS on hold" is ticked. This feature on hold the orders and sends to POS before the lead time

  6. Click SAVE
