Verify if your store is setup with Auto or Manual order acceptance. Refer to this article to enable: How to enable Auto Accept Order?
- If Auto Accept Order is disabled for your store, it means that you need to manually accept them on TabSquare Merchant Console. Once accepted, the order will be pushed to POS.
- For Auto Accept Order, please check in Merchant Console Live Orders if it is present or not, if presented. check if there is any error message.
- These are the most common error:
- Middleware Offline
- PLU error
- Open Table
