Delivery partners order does not appear in POS

Verify if your store is setup with Auto or Manual order acceptance. Refer to this article to enable: How to enable Auto Accept Order?

  1. If Auto Accept Order is disabled for your store, it means that you need to manually accept them on TabSquare Merchant Console. Once accepted, the order will be pushed to POS.
  2. For Auto Accept Order, please check in Merchant Console Live Orders if it is present or not, if presented. check if there is any error message.
  3. These are the most common error:
    • Middleware Offline 
    • PLU error    
    • Open Table
