Customization is used to personalise menu at Brand level
If you are using the Menu Editor to create your menu, follow these steps:
- Login to eCMS
- Go to the 'Menu' Tab
- Click on the item name for which you wish to assign the customisation. The side panel with item preview should open up on the right most side of the screen
- Scroll down the preview section till you reach 'Customizations' section of the SKU which you wish to edit
- Click on the 3 dots to see 2 options:
- Click on 'New customisation' to add a new customisation
- Click on 'Edit/Assign More' to assign a new customisation or edit the existing customisation assignment
- In this popup, you can search for, select / deselect the customisations which you wish to assign to the item
- Click on 'Preview button to view the final list of customisations and their sequence assigned to the item
- Click on the 2 horizontal lines on the right of the customization name and drag up or down to change sequence of the cutomization
- Click on 'Back' if you wish to continue editing the assignment of customisation. Else, click on 'Close' to close the preview
- Finally, click on 'Save' to save assignment of customization(s) to the item
Alternatively, you can:
- Go to 'Customisations' tab
- Hover over the customisation which you wish to assign to an item. Click on the 'Assign to' button
- Here you will see the items to which the customisation is already assigned to
- Search for the item, select item and it's SKU to which you wish to assign the customisation
- You can click on 'Preview' to review the items assigned with the customisation and click on 'Edit' if you wish to change any assignment
- Finally, click on 'Assign' button to complete assignment of the customisation to the item
If you are not using the Menu Editor to assign a customisation to an item, follow these steps:
- Login to eCMS with chain/outlet credential
- Go Menu > Customisations
- Customisations page will be displayed
- On the Customisations tab, click Assign Customisation button
- Assign Customisation form page will be displayed
- Select Customization(s) to process it
- Selected customization(s) will be displayed on the top
- Click Next button to continue process
- Select Category and Sub-Category
- Or select the Item(s) if no Category was assigned to the items
- Detail item and customization will be displayed at the bottom grid
- Tick to select the item to assign to the customisation
- Click Save button to assign customization to item or Back button to cancel assigning
