Assign Customization

Customization is used to personalise menu at Brand level


If you are using the Menu Editor to create your menu, follow these steps:


  1. Login to eCMS

  2. Go to the 'Menu' Tab

  3. Click on the item name for which you wish to assign the customisation. The side panel with item preview should open up on the right most side of the screen
  4. Scroll down the preview section till you reach 'Customizations' section of the SKU which you wish to edit

  5. Click on the 'Add Customization' button

  6. In this popup, you can search for, select / deselect the customisations which you wish to assign to the item

  7. Click on 'Preview button to view the final list of customisations and their sequence assigned to the item
  8. Click on the 2 horizontal lines on the right of the customization name and drag up or down to change sequence of the cutomization


  9. Click on 'Back' if you wish to continue editing the assignment of customisation. Else, click on 'Close' to close the preview

  10. Finally, click on 'Save' to save assignment of customization(s) to the item




If you are not using the Menu Editor to assign a customisation to an item, follow these steps:

  1. Login to eCMS with chain/outlet credential
  2. Go Menu > Customisations
  3. Customisations page will be displayed
  4. On the Customisations tab, click Assign Customisation button 
  5. Assign Customisation form page will be displayed
  6. Select Customization(s) to process it
  7. Selected customization(s) will be displayed on the top
  8. Click Next button to continue process
  9. Select Category and Sub-Category
  10. Or select the Item(s) if no Category was assigned to the items
  11. Detail item and customization will be displayed at the bottom grid
  12. Tick to select the item to assign to the customisation 
  13. Click Save button to assign customization to item or Back button to cancel assigning
