Setting Up a SmartCampaign: A Step-by-Step Guide
(1) Basic Detail Section: Start by choosing the Campaign Channel.
In the "Choose Campaign Channel" field, select 'SMS'.
(2) Campaign Name: Provide a name for your Smart Campaign.
Enter the desired campaign name in the "Campaign Name" field.
(3) Target Store: Select the store you wish to promote to customers.
- If you want to include all stores under your brand, choose "Entire Brand".
- For promoting a specific store, select "Specific Store" and choose the desired location.
(4) Customer Segment: Upload your Phone Number List.
In the "Select Customer Segment or Phone List" field, click on the "Upload Phone Number List" dropdown.
(5) Discount Code: Choose the type of discount you want to apply to the campaign.
Select the preferred discount type from the options available in the "Discount Code" field.
(6) Message Section: Craft your text message to send to customers.
Enter the text message you want to communicate to your customers in the "Message" section.
(7) URL Link: Add a URL link that provides more details about the campaign.
Enter the URL link that informs customers about the specifics of the campaign.
(8) Save or Publish: Finalize your Smart Campaign.
Click either "Save as Draft" or "Publish" button to process the Smart Campaign.
