Objective
The objective is to streamline the Rewards member authentication process for customers, making it more convenient and user-friendly.
Customer Journey
Customer scans the Dynamic QR code provided by the waiter.
Customer enters their mobile number and password.
Customers select the items they wish to order.
Customer proceeds to the Cart and confirms their order.
Order details and member ID are sent to the POS.
After finishing their meal, the customer proceeds to the counter for payment.
Merchant Journey
ECMS Configuration Steps
Ensure you are logged into ECMS as an admin.
On the navigation pane, click on CRM (1) > Settings Campaign (2).
The Settings Campaign page will be displayed.
Click the "Add Config Campaign +" button (3).
The Add Config Campaign form will appear.
In the CRM Name field (4), input the CRM Program Name.
Ensure you select "E-cms" on the platform radio button (5).
Select the Store(s) (6) and click the "Next" button (7).
Click the "Add Config CRM +" button (8).
The Add CONFIG CRM form will appear.
In the Provider field, select "Ascentis."
Complete the setup
Enter the Password Reset link (11) to enable the reset URL on Customer’s Smartweb Login pages.Select the Loyalty stamp and enter the URL in the portal redirection.
Click the "Save" button to save the settings.
Customer Flow on SmartWeb (SW)
Scan the QR code.
On the homepage, log in using your Ascentis member ID, i.e., phone number.
Enter your email, tap the 'Let's Go' button, and when it is verified, enter your password.
If you have set up the reset URL for forgotten passwords at the admin level, you can tap 'Forgot Password' to reset your password.
Order pages will be displayed, and users will receive a message confirming their successful login and an option to view their rewards. Clicking on "My Rewards" will redirect them to the RE&S portal.
