The following step by step guide explains how a registered customer can redeem TADA points and vouchers.
- Scan table QR code
- Login with registered phone number
- Select "EXPLORE REWARDS"
- Enter PIN for verification
- Click on "PROCEED" to continue
- It will be redirected to TADA login page
- Enter phone number and click on "SIGN UP / LOGIN HERE"
- Input PIN (same pin as step 4)
- On the TADA home page, click on "My Vouchers"
- Customer will be able to see all the vouchers assigned to them
- Click on any of the voucher to redeem
- To redeem, click on the "USE VOUCHER"
- Page will be redirected back to TS SW ordering page
- Click on "MY REWARDS"
- Click on "REDEEM+"
- Item will be added to cart
- Proceed to continue ordering or checkout to payment
Important notes: By default, every new customer will get 3 stamps to redeem any promotion voucher. In order for them to get another stamp (1) they will have to purchase of food or beverages (à la carte) in single receipt.
Below would be the term and conditions:
1. The OldTown e-voucher can be used once with any purchase of food or beverages (à la carte) in single receipt.
2. Please remember to redeem your OldTown e-voucher before its expiry date, as indicated in your member account. No extensions will be granted for expired vouchers.
3. Printing the OldTown e-voucher in hardcopy will render it invalid.
4. To use the OldTown e-voucher please click on the "Redeem" button below
5. The OldTown e-voucher is valid for DINE-IN only.
